Philosophy
My aim is to assist people find a model of exercise that hopefully becomes a part of an ongoing life style. Helping people establish exercise in everyday living, balancing work, family and social with regular exercise.
My philosophy can be summed up like this. I get up in the morning and my first thought is: How do I prioritize my exercise today?
I want to assist people to develop this mindset and a fitness program that motivates you to maintain it in the long term.
