Using your reciprocal rights at other facilities
Please present your membership wristband or card to make the most of reciprocal rights at MCB, NMRC, Carlton Baths or Kensington Community Recreation Centre. Your membership wristband or card is required for entry.
Do time restrictions apply for members visiting other facilities?
If you are currently on a concession, prime or youth membership at NMRC or MCB, the same restrictions apply at the other Active Melbourne facilities. If you are on a standard Club membership or any Active Melbourne membership, there are no time restrictions within centre operating hours.
Changes/enquiries regarding your membership
Please visit the centre where you joined for all enquiries or requests relating to your membership - whether you’re wanting to change personal details, change membership type, cancel or suspend.
Gym appointments
Book in for your gym appointments (including lifestyle consultations and exercise programs) at the centre at which you joined. Fees apply for gym appointments at other City of Melbourne facilities.
Please note: Multi visit pass holders are not entitled to reciprocal rights.
