The City of Melbourne has announced a $2 Swim initiative that will launch this January for all City of Melbourne residents, allowing you to access the pool for $2 on weekdays in January at Carlton Baths and North Melbourne Recreation Centre.

$2 swims are being offered to City of Melbourne (CoM) residents on weekdays throughout January. This initiative is designed to encourage local community participation in outdoor aquatic facilities.

Are free swimming lessons available?
Yes, but free intensive swimming lessons are only available at Melbourne City Baths. For all inquiries please contact the Melbourne City Baths team directly.

What about Aquatic and Learn to Swim members?
We will be reducing member debits during this period to the following:
- Learn to Swim: $6.00 per week
- Aquatic: $4.00 per week
Members will also receive priority entry to the pool.

Who is eligible for $2 swims?
The $2 swim offer is exclusive to City of Melbourne residents. We will ask you to provide proof of residence at entry.

What happens when the facility reaches capacity?
If the facility hits capacity, a one-in, one-out policy will be enforced.

All Aquatic Visit Pass sales will be suspended during this period.
